We try our best to make sure the products sold by us are checked properly.
Goods and services once sold will not be taken back or exchanged except for the products' mentioned in its product details. There are products which are sold directly by Coastakart and also products listed by various sellers available only on Coastakart's website platform at www.coastakart.com.
In certain exceptional cases like Defective product, received incomplete product or wrong product, exchange or refund will be done at the sole discretion of COASTAKART (and sellers' policy for their products). Warranty on all applicable products are as per manufacturers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@coastakart.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address specified by us through email or message.
If your return is accepted, we’ll email / message instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If the product is defective, incomplete or wrong at the time of receiving, then the delivery of the replaced item will be arranged from Coastakart. However, customer to send first the product to Coastakart at their cost. The return item must reach us within 14 days of our acceptance acknowledgement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within same day or at the most, the next day if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Delayed response from customer will void the return or exchange of products.
Damage : Once damage order is return and approved then the order will be delivered in 7 days .
Return & Exchange : If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 10 days.
Return should be made within 7 days after receiving the product
Refund policy : If approved then refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.
Note: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@coastakart.com.
We will notify you once we’ve receive and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
